Family Caregiver Resource Centers
Our Caregiver Resource Centers offer free "one-stop" support for seniors and family caregivers. You have the opportunity for a one-on-one meeting to discuss your caregiving issues. Printed materials on goverment financial support, local agencies and coping with the challenges of aging and caregiving are available. Also visit the "Healthcare News & Resources" tab of this website for a wealth of information.
The Guilford Eldercare Resource Center is located in the offices of VNA Community Healthcare at 753 Boston Post Road, Guilford. Our offices are open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Map to 753 Boston Post Rd., Guilford.
The Eldercare Resource Center in Old Saybrook is located at 220 Old Boston Post Road (two story white building across from Henny Penny at intersection with Route 1). Materials are available by appointment, Monday through Friday, by calling 860.388.4455. Map to 220 Old Boston Post Rd., Old Saybrook.
The Eldercare Resource Center in North Haven is located at 2 Broadway (in the plaza with Bellini's). Friendly, knowledgable staff people are on hand Monday through Friday. To make an appointment call 203.985.1579.
