The Strong House Adult Day Center
The Strong House Adult Day Center, located in Madison, Connecticut provides a nurturing and homey environment that allows older adults to keep their highest level of health and independence. Family caregivers are happy knowing the day center will make sure their aging loved one is safe, happy and engaged throughout the day.

The Strong House Adult Day Center Hours & Fee Information
- Open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (choose the days and hours that suit you).
- Half day and daily rates are available, with a sliding scale for those with limited incomes. We will be happy to discuss local, state and federal assistance with you.
The Strong House Adult Day Center is a non-profit organization that is an affiliate of VNA Community Health Care of Guilford, Connecticut (a non-profit visiting nurse association). Funding comes from client fees, donations and VNA Community Healthcare. Contributions and volunteers are greatly appreciated.
