As of June 7, 2010 VNA Services, Inc., a nonprofit visiting nurse association based in Hamden and Madison, was acquired by VNA Community Healthcare (VNACHC).
VNACHC has kept its main corporate office in Guilford and has a clinical office in Hamden. Our service area expanded to include the Greater New Haven area, and the shoreline to Old Lyme. See attached map to find out if your town is served by VNA Community Healthcare.
