Helping Patiens with Severe Mental Illness
Many patients with chronic mental illness live in the community quietly and safely with the help of VNACHC’s Behavioral Home Healthcare
Program. Our highly trained Behavioral Health nurses administer psychiatric medications to patients in their own homes up to twice daily.

'Hospitals Face Pressure to Avert Readmissions'
Medicare has begun levying penalties on hospitals it says have too many readmissions. This pressure on hospitals is having a ripple affect on physicians in the community and home health care agencies such as VNA Community Healthcare.
